HELP BUILD THE "BRIDGE OF ROSARIES"

On November 27th, 2017, the Feast of the Miraculous Medal, Fr. Pierre-Olivier Tremblay, OMI, the Rector at Canada's National Marian Shrine, and his pastoral council agree to commission the Marian Devotional Movement as a Register for the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary originally established at the Cape in 1694.
Building the "Bridge of Rosaries" by enrolling souls in the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary is, given the fruit of Fr. Luc Désilet's vow, (see below) the single most important initiative of the MDM.
The MDM Membership has been established to help facilitate these efforts. Your participation is gratefully appreciated. The MDM is not a registered charity.

What is the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary?

THE VOW THAT CHANGED "EVERYTHING"

The vow made by Fr. Luc Désilets in 1867 to reestablish the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary led to the transformation of a disengaged parish. Eventually, the oldest stone chapel in North America where daily mass is still said became Canada's National Marian Shrine with a million pilgrims visiting in 1954 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception. That same year, the statue known the world over as "Miraculous" was canonically crowned a second time.

It is the firm conviction of Catholic in Canada and the MDM that enrolling as many souls in the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary is arguably, given the outcome of Fr. Luc Désilet's vow, the single most important initiative now before us.

The MDM Membership has been established to help facilitate these efforts. Your participation is gratefully appreciated!
